I loved the hotel, it was stunningly beautiful and clean. All of the staff was delightfully helpful and informative. I had well-appointed room with two double beds. Variety of great options for meal. Nice lobby. Amazing stay in the beautiful area.

The hotel was well-organised, had stunningly beautiful views and perfect location adjacent to downtown, the sea and Marriott Cancun. The buffet breakfast was included and had lots of food.

Exceptional view, flawless service, spacious beds. Lots of food at breakfast, including milk, slices of fresh bread, eggs, fresh fruit and cereals. The pool was great with umbrellas and a whirlpool. There were stable internet and convenient parking available...

The breakfast was particularly good and I liked the fact that the room had an almost perfect view. Huge suite and soft bed. The staff was willing to help and especially supportive. Free parking was onsite, spectacular service.
Facilities were new, yet wi-fi connection was slow.

views and food were perfect and i especially liked that the place was tidy. all inclusive hotel set in the conservation area. plus, it was 5 minutes drive by car from avenida kukulkan. the property was near the airport - 23 minutes drive.
